Instructions
- Apply primer
- Use a makeup brush, sponge or your fingers to generously apply the foundation to your face.
- Apply concealer to the areas that need a little extra help, such as under your eyes or any blemishes.
- Apply a loose powder generously.
- Use your blush brush and generously apply a bold-colored blush to the apples of your cheeks.
- Apply an eye-shadow base to your eyelid and then generously apply a wash of eye shadow over the lid.
- Apply a highlighter to your brow bone, then use your angled brush to apply a darker shade in the crease of your eye. Repeat these steps until you achieve your desired look.
- Try on the false eyelashes before you apply the adhesive. If they are too long, carefully trim the ends along the spine until they fit your lashes.
- Apply the adhesive to the lashes and carefully put them on your eyes. If you have light-colored lashes, apply a thin coat of mascara to create darker lashes.
- Line your lips with lip liner. If your lips are small, line them slightly outside the lip line to create fuller lips.
- Apply your favorite lipstick. For a glossier look, apply lip gloss on top of the lipstick.

Eyelashes
False eyelashes are a favorite within the drag community, as they are much more dramatic and fun looking than regular mascara, and they give you the longevity you desire for a night out on the town. Purchasing quality false eyelashes are often recommended over merely buying mascara, and remember you can always use them in combination with each other as well.
Foundation & Concealer
Investing in an orange hued lipstick is a great idea. This will help to further even out your skin.
Apply your foundation with a makeup sponge, never with your fingers! Doing so may cause an unsightly breakout, and then you will have to start all over with your skincare in order to get back to the place you were already at. Take the time and the caution to use disposable makeup sponges, clean brushes, and other cosmetic tools to get the most out of your drag makeup.
The Lips
After you have applied your concealer and foundation, go ahead and apply your eye makeup in whatever fashion you choose. There are literally dozens of looks, and the right one for your personal drag makeup is completely up to you.
Lastly, you need to perfect your lips. Eight hour lip stains are wildly popular nowadays and highly recommended. It allows you to skip the step of using lip liner, and you will get a look with longevity. Reading beauty magazines and catching up on the latest gossip in lipstick trends will guide you in picking the best of the best. Lip plumper and long lasting lip colors in gorgeous shades are also highly recommended.
In the end, whatever makes you feel beautiful is the right drag makeup look for you. Don’t be afraid to experiment and try new things. The sky’s the limit when it comes to feeling confident and beautiful.
